I don’t have the correct permission’s to publish any posts yet so I figured I would just write up about this strain here. It’s not really known as the fog but as F.O.G. which stands for Fruit of the Gods.
The strain is made up of:
Variety Mother: NL5 Haze | Variety Father: Skunk #1 | Strain Type: Mostly Sativa
The plant grows moderately tall with allowing longer growing periods and creates many long side but close branches to the main stem.
The plant stretches slightly within the first 2 weeks of flowering. The buds are light and airy while they are filling in for about 5-8 weeks and then in the last 3 weeks they get very hard and dense. The calayxes swell up and become tight creating small but very dense buds. The leaves are short and wide which is apparent from the Skunk #1. They are narrower than a typical sativa plant so the end result is a broad elongated leaf blabe. It looks like a small bushy plant with many close to the main stem branches. Neem oil as our biological pest control and we have found this strain to be bug resistant and very resilient to any conditions throughout growing.The high is very clear headed and uplifting buzz that one would expect from a mostly Sativa strain. The high is maintained very clear even during a period of work or socialising. This strain in 1 word: Uplifting! From the first few minutes you want to change your state of being and get things done and motivate with friends or allowing one to stay focused with projects. Since this variety is very clear headed and uplifting in a motivating way I would recommend this variety for any sort of activities. When compared side by side to the Dutch national medical cannabis variety Bedrocan, the resin glands have a very similar appearance and texture. The smell and taste is very hazey. In fact the moment you ignite the bud the smell lingers throughout the room in seconds in a very thick white cloud of sweet smelling smoke.
